Saguaro Talent Advisors was founded by a recruiting leader with over two decades of experience spanning contingency staffing, corporate talent acquisition, and executive-level recruiting strategy — across fintech, enterprise software, and professional services.
That career started on the agency side — running a division at a national staffing firm, managing 100+ client accounts across the Phoenix metro, building a team of staffing managers, and earning Presidents Club. The foundation built there: how to develop client relationships, source under pressure, and close competitive offers — still drives the approach today.
From there, ten years at a global fintech company meant building deep expertise in full-cycle technical and operations recruiting — filling 142 requisitions in a single year, leading large-scale engineering hiring surges, and saving hundreds of thousands in agency fees by building direct pipelines that actually worked. That was followed by managing technical recruiting teams at a global CRM software company and ultimately leading all of talent acquisition at a leading fintech, overseeing a 12-person team and reducing agency spend from $3M annually to near zero.
