None at all. The intake call is free and there's no obligation to move forward. We'll tell you upfront if we don't think we're the right fit.
How quickly can you start a search?
We can begin active sourcing within 48 hours of a signed fee agreement. Initial candidates are typically presented within 1–2 weeks.
What if I'm not ready to start a search yet?
That's fine. Reach out anyway — we're happy to have a preliminary conversation so you're ready to move quickly when the time comes.
Do you work with companies outside the West and Central US?
Our primary client focus is West and Central US, but we can place candidates nationally — especially for remote-eligible roles.
What's your fee if we don't hire anyone?
No placement fee if no hire is made. A $1,500 kill fee applies only if you cancel an active search after 30 or more days of recruiting activity.
Can I engage you for advisory services without a recruiting search?
Yes — interview training, compensation benchmarking, and hiring process advisory are all available as standalone engagements.
